Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on product and quantity ordered and determined by UPS & USPS published rates.

 

*Free Shipping $49 or more:

The discount for free shipping will automatically apply to your cart containing $49 worth of eligible merchandise. Shipping offer is limited to products manufactured or distributed directly by Lifeline Pet Supplies and those eligible products will be automatically discounted in your cart. Any ineligible products will be charged shipping according to weight and destination.

UPS & USPS

International Customs Fees &/or Duties: Import charges or duties are not included in the prices listed on our website. This may vary from country to country depending upon the products you order. Please check with your countries customs department before ordering so you are aware of any additional charges or fees that may be due once your items arrive. We will not be held responsible for duties or import charges. Please make sure you are aware of this prior to order. If an international order is refused you will be subjected to the refused orders charge of 20% and no shipping fees will be refunded. 

Expedited Shipping:
We have expedited UPS & USPS shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options by UPS. Orders must be placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday to receive guaranteed expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 12pm Eastern Time on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will ship the following business day. You will receive tracking information for each order to the email you provide upon shipment and you can also track your order by clicking the 'Track My Order' link in the footer on our home page. Please Note: USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service but is an expected time of delivery based upon the origin and destination of the package. This is not a guaranteed money back service. The only guaranteed money back service currently offered by USPS is Express. 

Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours of order placement. Shipping times are in addition to the 24 business hours processing time and are chosen by you the customer at time of checkout. An estimated transit time for delivery via ground shipping from our facility is included below.

Returns & Replacements
Litter Kwitter – Not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a restocking fee. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer's expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund. 

Exceptions:

Piddle Place - Not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.

Incubators - Must be retuned in original unopenend packaging and free of hair/debris or it will not qualify for a credit.

Feeding Stations - Must be returned in original unopened packaging and free of hair/debris or it will not qualify for a credit.

Heating Pads - Must be returned in original unopened packaging and free of hair/debirs or it will not qualify for a credit.

Doggles – Must be returned in original unopened packaging and free of hair/debris or it will not qualify for a credit.

 

Refused Orders - Should you or your customer decide that you/they wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus initial shipping, return shipping and a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee Breakdown

15% Restocking Fee:
Incubators, Feeding Stations, Heating Pads, Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Booster Bath Ramps, Pet Gates, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Exercise Pens, Pet Barriers, Pet Strollers, Ideal Doors

12% Restock Fee
All Mr. Herzher's items.

10% Restocking Fee:
All items not listed above are subject to a 10% restocking fee including any of the Lifeline Products (except for incubators, feeding stations, and heating pads which are subject to a 15% restocking fee).

Exchanges
If an item is exchanged for a similar item of different size or color of equal or greater value the restocking fee will be waived on the original order.

Restocking Fees for Crates, Cages, Gates, Ideal Doors and Mr. Herzher's items are not eligible to be waived.

 
To request your Return Authorization Number, please follow these steps:
1. Read and agree to the Returns Policy and Procedure above.
2. Email: [email protected] - We will need your order number and the Item ID number of the product you wish to return.

Items Damaged Upon Arrival -

If an item or item(s) arrives damaged from the delivery service please contact us immediately so we can get a damage claim filed. All orders over $100.00 are insured for their full retail value. You must contact us first to help you file a damage claim with the delivery service. If a claim is filed with PayPal or your credit card company it will be very difficult to get the information we need to help you file the claim. All claims must be settled before a refund or replacement is issued. Damages to products do not happen often as we package our products extremely well. However, each delivery service has a set policy to follow and it must be followed in order for a claim to be filed and settled. The delivery service may require additional information including pictures and it is important that you work with us to help you get the issue resolved. 

Pricing Errors and Omissions -

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. If an error is discovered it is immediately corrected. Please be advised that Lifeline Pet Supplies reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded back the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been canceled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
